At the Cut Design Academy, I created and developed the online curriculum for students to learn the ins and outs of digital fashion design and prototyping. Working in tandem with the patternmaking instructor, students learn via weekly live sessions, how to make basic garment patterns starting from a T-shirt, and working their way up to activewear sets, woven pants, evening wear. Eventually being coached through their own self-directed design. The class culminates in a final presentation where the students set the mood via color and trend, build their own patterns, and render the garments in as realistic a way as possible.
